Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Atlanta, GA
An Atlanta law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with approximately 2–4 years of experience to join its commercial litigation practice.
This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who wants to continue developing meaningful, hands-on litigation experience while working closely with experienced attorneys. The associate will have exposure to sophisticated matters, client interaction, depositions, court proceedings, and increasing responsibility throughout the litigation process.
The position offers substantive work in a collaborative environment with an emphasis on professional development, mentorship, and long-term career growth.

The associate will participate in matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including:
Qualifications
Experience involving commercial litigation, business litigation, employment litigation, or complex civil litigation is preferred, although attorneys with transferable litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
