To support a growing customer success initiative, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will oversee operational frameworks, analytics, and strategic partnerships within the Implementation and Customer Success teams, driving improvements in customer outcomes and revenue growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own forecasting frameworks and operational plans for the Customer Success organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Design and implement KPI frameworks and analytics that connect implementation activities to customer outcomes and business performance Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights and recommendations to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or GTM Strategy in complex post-sale environments Tier-1 MBA or equivalent experience in management consulting, demonstrating expertise in solving organizational challenges Proven track record of developing operational frameworks that enhance customer retention and revenue expansion Experience with customer-facing platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Gainsight, or Salesforce Service Cloud Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing teams and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
