This part-time Registered Nurse position (with potential to grow to full time) gives you the freedom to build a caseload that fits your lifestyle while doing the work you love-helping clients remain safe and supported in their homes.

• Competitive pay: $45 - $65 per hour (depending on experience)

As a Home Care RN, you'll ensure clients receive exceptional care in the place they feel most comfortable - home. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining individualized client care plans

• Completing supervisory visits and in-home assessments

• Monitoring client condition and recommending care adjustments

• Providing hands-on caregiver training


• Ensuring caregiver competency with delegated tasks

• Reassessing clients every 90 days or sooner if needed

• Documenting changes in condition and updating care plans

• Communicating clearly with clients, families, and the care team
