Title: Middle Office Professional

Firm : Prestigious, Multi-Strategy Investment Firm

Location/In-Office Policy: New York, NY, Hybrid (4 Days in Office)

Qualifications : 3 - 6 yrs of operations/middle office/trade support experience from an alternative asset manage / private equity / hedge fund (with derivatives, equities, credit, fixed income)

\n

Compensation : $115,000 - $150,000 base salary plus a target bonus of 20% - 25%

The Role

\n

This position sits at the intersection of trading, risk, and operations, offering exposure to the full trade lifecycle across a diverse investment portfolio.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

-Overseeing trade capture, booking, and reconciliation across multiple asset classes.

\n

-Monitoring daily trading activity, operational controls, position limits, and risk reporting.

\n

-Coordinating with traders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.

\n

-Managing derivative-related workflows, including confirmations and options activity.

\n

-Preparing daily and weekly reporting for investment and operations teams.

\n

-Supporting automation, process enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
