Restaurant General ManagerThe Restaurant General Manager is a fully functioning expert in all processes and positions, they will lead the overall operations of your restaurant and serve as the face of Bass Pro Shops in the community.Essential Functions:Supports Bass Pro Shops commitment to delivering world class customer service and to ensuring a pleasant, safe and productive dining experience for all guests.Conducts regular table visits, resolves customers complaints in a timely manner.Prepares annual budget and business plan in partnership, sets financial goals and plans expenses, monitors actual sales revenues on a continuous basis to determine variances; assess goal accomplishment and reacts appropriately.Maintains a fully staffed restaurant, develops and promotes Outfitters, holds the team accountable to standards.Enforces safety and sanitation procedures.Exercises good judgement and makes the right decisions; being a role model within the restaurant.Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.Remains willing and able to learn new tasks, systems and technologiesAll other duties as assigned.Experience/Qualifications:Certificate(s) or License(s): ServSafeExperience: Minimum of 3 years of General Manager or above experience; full casual dining or casual plusKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:Familiarity with POS SystemsRestaurant Front and Back of HouseInventory ManagementForecastingDetail OrientedLeader: Inspires teammates to followInspired to perform well by the completion of tasksStrong Communication SkillsCommitment to accuracy, compliance and timelinessTravel Requirements:N/APhysical Requirements:Regular computer work, sitting, walking, standing, lifting, etc.Independent Judgement:Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor.
