Every business runs on connectivity. Its phones, internet, and devices keep customers happy and teams productive. At Water City Blaze, we help local businesses across Tampa find the wireless and connectivity solutions that fit how they actually work.

We’re looking for an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative to meet business owners and decision-makers face to face. You’ll learn what they need and introduce business-grade mobile plans, devices, and high-speed connectivity solutions. You’ll build real relationships, handle real business conversations, and learn B2B sales from the ground up.

No degree or sales experience required. We provide full, structured training and daily coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Visit local businesses across Tampa and meet owners and managers in person
• Learn about each business’s connectivity needs and current setup
• Present business wireless plans, devices, and internet solutions that improve how they operate
• Guide new business customers through sign-up and account setup
• Build lasting relationships and generate referrals within your territory
• Track your activity and results, and work toward individual and team goals
• Join regular coaching sessions on consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management

Who We’re Looking For

• Professional, confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with business owners
• Motivated by goals, competitive, and resilient
• Organized and self-driven, with a strong work ethic
• Interested in technology and business
• Recent graduates and career-changers welcome. Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
