Manage Design Submittals & Change Control

  • Track design deliverables and review cycles
  • Resolve owner and agency review comments
  • Evaluate design changes and their impact on scope, cost, and schedule
  • Support change management and entitlement documentation

Support Construction Operations

  • Help transition projects smoothly from design to construction
  • Provide technical leadership during construction and project turnover
  • Support commissioning, warranty documentation, and closeout activities

Manage Stakeholders & Project Risk

  • Serve as the primary contact for design-related matters
  • Lead communication with owners, agencies, consultants, trade partners, and project teams
  • Identify and mitigate design, schedule, and constructability risks
  • Track design budgets and consultant performance
  • Mentor project engineers and emerging design management professionals
