Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapist-led team and provide quality therapy services in skilled nursing facilities.

Active Wisconsin COTA license
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Net Health experience is a plus
